SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC. Rental Agreement
This is a rental agreement only, and no equipment rented pursuant to this agreement shall be deemed the property of the lessee. The lessee shall acquire no proprietary interest in said equipment and may not transfer, sell, or assign any rented equipment.
The lessee acknowledges that all rented property is received in good, safe, and serviceable condition and agrees to maintain the rented property in the same condition throughout the rental period.The lessee agrees to pay all costs of collection including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and recovery expenses incurred by SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC in enforcing this agreement.
The lessee understands that credit card authorization will be used to capture payment on the day of release for rented equipment.The rented property shall only be used by the lessee, employees, contractors, or event personnel associated with the lessee during the rental period.
The lessee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC from any and all loss, damage, expense, or liability arising from the use or possession of the rented property. In the event of damage, loss, theft, or destruction of equipment, the lessee agrees to pay the full replacement value of the equipment based on current market pricing.
A $500 security deposit is required prior to the release of any equipment. The security deposit must be authorized on a valid credit card provided by the lessee at the purchase of rental. By signing this agreement, the lessee authorizes SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC to charge the credit card on file for any amounts owed under this agreement (unless previous arrangements have been made and approved by SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC), including but not limited to:
Damage of rented equipment, loss of rented equipment, theft of rented equipment, late return fees, repair costs of rented equipment.
Any remaining deposit will be returned after equipment inspection upon return. All equipment must be returned by the agreed rental return date and time.
Equipment returned late will incur a fee equal to 150% of the daily rental rate for each additional day the equipment remains unreturned. Equipment not returned within 72 hours of scheduled return time may be considered lost or stolen, and the lessee may be charged full replacement value of rented equipment in addition to any legal or collection costs.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior verbal or written agreements.
Failure to return rented equipment may constitute unlawful conversion of property, and SDR Audio & CDJ, LLC reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to recover the equipment or its full replacement value.
By signing below, the lessee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
